Grace Moen, an aesthetician at Body+Beauty Lab, doesn't believe the criticism is "entirely deserved" either, but ultimately finds sheet masks for kids unnecessary. "As a licensed aesthetician, I would steer parents away from allowing their children to use sheet masks. Children’s skin is delicate, and these products can cause allergic reactions, irritation, or even long-term damage if not formulated properly," she says. "Gentle cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection are really all a child’s skin needs."
