We’re looking for a partner who can authentically showcase the goGLOW experience—sharing their personal glow journey, highlighting the services and products, introducing the exclusive founding membership, and inspiring their audience to make goGLOW their go-to destination for flawless, year-round spray tans.

Founded by Melanie Richards, a former probation officer turned beauty executive, goGLOW has transformed the sunless tanning industry through patented spray booth technology and non-toxic, vegan, clean-beauty formulas made in the U.S. Products prep skin before a service and extend results at home, helping clients maintain their glow between visits.

Approval Requirements
Review Process: All content must be submitted for review prior to posting. FACTEUR team will provide feedback or required edits within 2 business days.
Edits & Revisions: Implement any requested changes and submit again for final review before posting. Only content that has been reviewed and approved may go live.
Brand Guidelines: Content must align with goGlow’s messaging, tone, and visual standards. Avoid unapproved claims or off-brand messaging.
Deadline Compliance: Adherence to deadlines is mandatory. Late submissions or missed deadlines may affect campaign participation.
Compliance with Platform Rules: Ensure all posts follow social media platform guidelines and disclose partnerships appropriately.

When should I spray tan before an event or vacation?
We suggest booking your goGLOW 2-3 days before a main event like a gala or wedding, and booking your glow 1 day before you leave for vacation.
How long will my goGlow last?
On average, 5–7 days. Factors such as skin type, activities and maintenance can cause your results to vary. Your goGLOW specialist will suggest products to help maintain your goGLOW.
How long do I have to wait before I can shower?
To get the best results, we suggest waiting at least 12 hours before rinsing off in the shower or using any products (with our regular solution). We use the highest grade solutions on the market today. Your tan will not feel sticky or have a strong odor before your first rinse.
Your goGLOW specialist can discuss other options with you, like our Rapid Tan formula, which allows you to rinse off in 3-5 hours (sometimes sooner, sometimes longer!). Your goGLOW specialist will give you an exact time to rinse, which depends on your skin’s complexion and your desired results. The Rapid Tan formula is best for those who are very active and would like to exercise or sweat in the first 24 hours of their goGLOW.
How can I extend my goGlow sunless tan?
For your first shower, we recommend just a cool water rinse. This means no soaps! To dry, pat your skin lightly with a towel. After your first rinse you can apply HYDRATE lotion.
After 24 hours, or when you are happy with your color development after you have rinsed, shower with CLEANSE, a sulfate-free body wash.
Avoid long hot showers, baths, loofahs and exfoliants for 5–7 days.
Avoid excessive sweating.
Apply HYDRATE twice daily 24 hours after your goGLOW. Avoid moisturizers with the following ingredients—alpha hydroxy acids, alcohol, ethanol, mineral oil and petroleum. These products promote your skin’s natural exfoliation, dry skin and strip your skin of its gorgeous glow.
Drink plenty of water before and after your goGLOW, as it keeps your skin hydrated.
Minimize the time you spend in chlorinated water.
Good to know things on usage rights
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original content, but goGlow is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use approved content for marketing, social media, website, email, and other promotional purposes.
Duration of Use: goGlow may use approved content for up to 12 months from the date of posting, unless otherwise agreed.
Modifications: goGlow may crop, resize, or make minor edits to content for formatting purposes. Any major alterations will be discussed with you prior to use.
Credit: When feasible, goGlow will credit your handle or name when using your content publicly.
Social Media Rights: goGlow may repost or share approved content across its own social platforms, website, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Content Removal: If you wish for goGlow to stop using your content after it has been published, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future use, but past promotional materials may not be removable.
