Campaign Objective

We're looking for creators based in Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami who are ready to do more than post, they're ready to transform. As a Fotona partner, you'll experience cutting-edge skin treatments firsthand, document your real journey, and become the reason your audience discovers their best skin yet. Brand Overview

Fotona is a global developer of high-technology laser systems including aesthetics, surgery, and gynecology as well as dentistry and industry. With clinically proven, precise, and customizable technology, Fotona's treatments are physician-led and backed by strong credibility within the medical community.

Now, Fotona is bringing that expertise to a broader audience. The brand is redefining how consumers think about aging by introducing a lifetime approach to skin health, one that spans from prejuvenation to rejuvenation. Rooted in the belief that aging is a continuum, Fotona empowers people to begin caring for their skin before the first signs appear and to evolve that care as their needs change over time.

Through advanced laser aesthetics, Fotona offers a non-invasive, modern solution for maintaining and revitalizing skin, with natural-looking results across a wide range of treatments and life stages. The brand is on a mission to make laser treatments feel more approachable, aspirational, and relevant and meeting consumers wherever they are in their skincare journey.

Deliverables

Influencer agrees to create and post the following content for each service completed at a Participating Clinic, up to a maximum of two (2) services:

  • Per Service (x2 if applicable):

  • 1x Reel or TikTok showcasing the procedure or treatment received

  • 1x Before & After photo post highlighting results from the treatment

If Influencer completes two (2) services, the total minimum content deliverables shall be:

  • 2x Reels or TikToks (one per service), each showcasing the respective procedure or treatment

  • 2x Before & After photo posts (one per service), each highlighting results from the respective treatment

Each piece of content must be distinct and specific to the service it represents. Influencer may not repurpose or reuse content from one service activation to satisfy the deliverable requirement of another.

Timeline + Posting Windows

Content is due for review on Wednesday, June 17 unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance. Upload content for review HERE.

Once content has been reviewed and edits provided, the approved content must be posted by Monday, June 22, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Do’s

Do represent the brand authentically. Creative control stays with you. Authentic storytelling (honest reflections on the experience) is what actually builds trust with your audience. We provide a detailed factual brief and physician review of medical claims; the creative direction is yours.

Do highlight the technology. Communicate that Fotona uses clinically proven, physician-led laser technology that reinforces trust and credibility with your audience.

Do speak to the lifetime skin strategy. When possible, reference Fotona's continuum approach to skin health, from prejuvenation to rejuvenation, and how it meets people at every stage of life.

Do emphasize natural-looking results. Frame Fotona treatments as a way to maintain and revitalize skin. Treatments help people look and feel like the best version of themselves, not overdone or altered.

Do make laser treatments feel approachable. Help destigmatize aesthetic treatments by sharing your personal journey and normalizing proactive skin care as part of an overall wellness routine.

Do position Fotona as a modern solution. Reinforce that laser aesthetics are non-invasive, customizable, and relevant across a wide range of skin concerns and life stages.

Do deliver content on time. Submit all deliverables by the agreed-upon deadlines to ensure campaign success.

Don't miss deadlines. Timely delivery is required and essential for participation in this campaign.

Don't make unapproved medical claims. Avoid guaranteeing specific results or making clinical statements beyond what has been brand-approved. Stick to your personal experience and approved messaging.

Don't position treatments as purely cosmetic or superficial. Fotona is a medically credible, physician-led brand. Content should reflect the science and intention behind the technology.

Don't use overly scripted or forced language. Authentic storytelling is key. Your audience should feel like you're sharing a personal recommendation, not reading from a script.

Don't focus solely on aesthetics. While results matter, the broader message is about confidence, longevity, and taking a proactive approach to skin health over time.

Don't misrepresent the brand or its capabilities. Avoid oversimplifying Fotona's technology or inaccurately describing how treatments work or what they address.

Expectations + Approval Requirements

Content Expectations

Authentic Representation: Share your genuine experience with Fotona treatments. Content should reflect your personal voice while highlighting the brand’s role of aesthetic laser technology across the aging continuum.

Content Format: Deliverables include (e.g., 1x Reel/Tiktok showcasing the procedure/treatment and Before & After results). Follow the agreed-upon creative format, length, and specifications.

Timely Submission: Submit content for review within two weeks of receiving treatment, unless otherwise discussed. Approved content must be posted by the agreed-upon date.

Approval Requirements

Review Process: All content must be submitted for review prior to posting. FACTEUR team will provide feedback or required edits within 3 business days.

Edits & Revisions: Implement any requested changes and submit again for final review before posting. Only content that has been reviewed and approved may go live.

Brand Guidelines: Content must align with Fotona’s messaging, tone, and visual standards. Avoid unapproved claims or off-brand messaging.

Deadline Compliance: Adherence to deadlines is mandatory. Late submissions or missed deadlines may affect campaign participation.

Compliance with Platform Rules: Ensure all posts follow social media platform guidelines and disclose partnerships appropriately.

Good to know things on usage rights

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original content, but Fotona is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use approved content for marketing, social media, website, email, and other promotional purposes.

Duration of Use: Fotona may use approved content for up to 12 months from the date of posting, unless otherwise agreed.

Modifications: Fotona may crop, resize, or make minor edits to content for formatting purposes. Any major alterations will be discussed with you prior to use.

Credit: When feasible, Fotona will credit your handle or name when using your content publicly.

Social Media Rights: Fotona may repost or share approved content across its own social platforms, website, newsletters, and marketing materials.

Content Removal: If you wish for Fotona to stop using your content after it has been published, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future use, but past promotional materials may not be removable.

Patient Privacy & HIPAA Compliance: To protect the privacy of other patients, please ensure that no identifiable patient faces, names, or personal information appear in any photos or videos captured at the clinic. This includes background footage, waiting areas, or any shared spaces. Compliance with HIPAA is required, and any content that inadvertently captures another patient must be deleted immediately and may not be posted or submitted as a deliverable.
